All content available on the platform, including but not limited to video lectures, written materials, graphics, course structures, assessments, and branding, is the exclusive property of Cazziny or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your access to content does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view content solely for your personal educational use during your active subscription or enrolment period.

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including comments, feedback, or forum contributions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion without notice.

Certain features or content require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are charged in the currency displayed. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cazziny and its officers, employees, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cazziny and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform, other users, or us. Upon termination, your licence to access content ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Cazziny regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
