Upcoming Sessions & Workshops
Hands-on events designed around how strength conditioning actually works - structured, progressive, and built for practitioners who want to go deeper than the basics.
Three events running this quarter
Each session targets a different stage of the training cycle - pick what fits where you are right now, or attend all three as a sequence.
Full-Day Workshop
Foundations of Strength
A structured day covering movement assessment, load selection, and how to sequence compound lifts for different training ages. Suitable for coaches and serious recreational athletes.

Q4 Programming - dates to be confirmed
A further series of workshops is planned for later in the year. Topics will include periodisation models and return-to-training protocols. Contact us to be notified when dates are set.
Get notifiedHow these sessions are structured
Each event follows the same basic shape: a short theoretical frame at the start, then the majority of time spent working through applied examples. The goal is that attendees leave with something they can use in their next training week, not just a set of notes to review later.
In-person workshops include a practical floor component where participants work through movement patterns under observation. Online sessions use a structured Q&A format with pre-submitted questions addressed alongside the main content.
- Brief theoretical framing - context before application
- Worked examples drawn from real programming scenarios
- Practical floor work or live Q&A depending on format
- Summary and individual application discussion
Who leads the sessions
Britta Soerensen
Lead Educator - Strength & Conditioning, Cazziny
"Strength is a skill. It responds to consistency and precision, not enthusiasm alone."
Britta has spent over a decade working with athletes across team sports and individual strength disciplines. Her approach draws on practical coaching experience rather than theoretical frameworks alone - the sessions reflect problems she has encountered and worked through in real training environments. She is direct, specific, and genuinely interested in the questions participants bring.
