Cazziny

About Cazziny

Strength built on structure.

Cazziny exists because most online strength programmes skip the part that actually matters - the reasoning behind the load.

Founded in 2023, we set out to deliver structured conditioning education to coaches, athletes, and committed self-learners anywhere in the world. Our lectures are designed around how people genuinely absorb technical material, not around how platforms prefer to serve it.

How we work

Conditioning as a discipline.

Each course is structured as a sequential lecture series - content unlocks in order, because the concepts compound.

Movement Assessment

Baseline mobility and force-production patterns evaluated before any loading begins.

Progressive Load Planning

Weekly volume and intensity mapped against adaptation timelines, not arbitrary schedules.

Remote Coaching Delivery

Lectures, feedback loops, and reference material delivered asynchronously to fit different time zones.

Brigitte has spent over a decade working with competitive lifters and rehabilitation clinicians. She writes and delivers every core lecture series personally.

Strength conditioning is a field where the gap between knowing a principle and applying it correctly is surprisingly wide. Most people understand that progressive overload matters. Far fewer can explain why a given athlete needs more frequency rather than more volume at a specific point in their training cycle.

Our lectures address that gap directly. Each session builds on the previous one, introducing variables only after the underlying mechanics have been covered in enough depth to make the variable meaningful. The format is intentionally slower than a typical online course - comprehension is the target, not completion rate.

The material goes where you go.

All lectures are recorded and captioned. Whether you are coaching in Sydney or studying in Helsinki, the content is available on your schedule. We do not run cohort-based intakes - access is permanent once enrolled.
